Data Protection

Personal and company information supplied by you may be stored on paper or computer records by CSO Ltd but will not be disseminated to any commercial third parties.

It may be provided to any regulatory authorities or auditors for the purpose of compliance.

We will supply on written request, subject to a £10 administrative fee, to you or your appointed agent, copies of entries in our records, relating to you or your company.

We undertake to maintain such records for one year from the date of completion of service provision.

Please remember to enclose a cheque made payable to CSO Ltd to cover the administration charges. Requests will not be processed until payment is received.
